Position I: Senior Software Engineer with Object Oriented Programming Experience
Qualification: UG/PG in Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering
Job description:
  1. Involve in designing and coding of new products
  2. Establish better software development methodologies
  3. Interact with product development, sales and QA for purposes of design development and customer requirements
  4. Mentor and lead a team of design & software engineers
  5. Customer focus and coordinate with client, vendors, offshore / on site team
  6. Leverage the latest technologies to solve complex problems
Competencies Required:
  1. Minimum 3 to 4 years experience and strong knowledge in object oriented programming
  2. Strong in C++ design patterns
  3. Basic knowledge of STL & MFC
  4. Strong in basics of GUI framework, design and development skills
  5. Expert troubleshooting skills and research abilities
  6. Knowledge in project management
  7. Knowledge in network protocols is an added advantage
Position II: Business Development Executive: Fresher/Experienced
We are currently seeking for motivated, tenacious and goal-oriented individuals who are looking forward to a challenging and promising career in sales.
Previous experience in corporate sales and business development in telecom/energy domain based products is an added advantage
Qualification: BBA / BBM / MBA
Job description:
  1. Work with and expand current pan-India prospect database to generate effective leads & meet sales targets
  2. Update and maintain CRM database and use it effectively to follow up on leads and convert prospects to customers
  3. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, preparing proposals and negotiating with prospects
  4. Provide updates to senior management via regular reports and provide innovative sales plan to meet sales targets
  5. Be informed about the latest technical or technological advancements pertaining to the products being sold
